Counter Procrastination and Bad Behaviours

Writing your learning script: Ingraining good and bad behaviours

How to gain more positive skills and unfuck negative mentality (How to level up and train your character part 4)

As a former ABA therapist who is trained and graduated in human behaviour and ABA therapy, psychology.
Rewarding and conditioning good behaviours with desirable rewards can become stale and ineffective.

I.e. Calling our children to table for dinner to be rewarded with foods they like or scolding them if they fail to come when called, does not seem to be winning strategy for obedience nor family time.

As an adult or teenager, we are aware of what makes us unhappy , using pavlov conditioning as an example, we come to realise that we are often stimulated and offered unconscious priming to be accustomed to society, advertising and seek immediate rewards when offered. I.e seeing the sign of MacDonald can make your kid excited, or another example being able to get what you desire when being exposed to an opportunity,…

Feeling lost growing up alone: How to find yourself and realign.

Change is not just a destruction of the former selves, Change is an anulment of past habits with intentional Change, Change is a completion of a self identity.

Losing one's pupose while attaining it can make one feel lost.
For example, a young child who looks up to his parents, follows their parents' ways and then feel lost and devoid of meaning while following these same footsteps that are pivoted to be a better good and a better guide of the previous generation.

Despite having a path to follow, the wilderness and inhabitations beaten down, smoothed out and rolled over, we, the new generations of human being, have attained a new level of consciousness that can bewilder our path despite having an easier way out.

Having a comparison and path to follow, have been a traditional norm.
With increased economy from Globalisation, and an increased diffusion of Ethnics and Culture, our minds are bend and made to expand to accept and inevitably create more differences.

Do You Fear Death? Or the Lost of Loved Ones? -The New Afterthought Episode 5

Welcome Friends, Today, I have a special guest!
I was inspired by our conversations at 3am, and wanted to share with you, together with him!

Fahim: Hi guys, thank you Kaerah for bringing me on to “The Afterthought” to share my
thoughts with everyone today. I admire all your work and the previous 4 episodes have been
fantastic :) Alright enough of me, time to pass back the spotlight to you.

I realised that at the age of 18 or even younger, thoughts of Death, the inevitable would occur.
Yes, Relentlessly regurgitating on the inevitably of Death can be heart wrenching and depressing.
However, coming across the "inevitable" at a young to older age, can be helpful as I myself, found it to be helpful to "confront death" at a younger age.

It is not as uncommon as you think, many of us bottle such thoughts, or know that it is taboo, and decidedly avoid the topic forever.

In fact, it is even reported to be promoted in Switzerland with Death cafes, so that we can sit and chat …

Healing Body Image: Binge eating, Going all In and Natural Set point: The New Afterthought PLUS

Good day Folks, I did not want to make my podcast about eating, being lean, I am big on the MIND, The MIND had healed me of everything possible, not yet everything, but you get the GIST.

As well so, I did not want to disappoint those of you who approached a NEW MENTALITY OF eating and being intuitive, re-aproaching your beliefs and how you THINK, set your INCLINATION and ACT and Feedback, The feedback Loop and integrating the new afterthought, ahaha.

The fact that you are here, shows a desire. Be it by the algorithm or that you were motivated by me.

When I go in as a lifestyle Coach, I realized quickly.
Half of us want to be fit by the presumption of losing weight, low body fat, etc.
Half of us do not want to be fit, DUE TO FEAR and other inhabitant beliefs. (Contrary, a love of food, is by no means limited to individuals who do not stay fit, go beyond limited thinking and challenge you…

Healing Body with beliefs, mind and intuition: Healing and recovery ; The New Afterthought Episode 4

Disclaimer: Podcast and post writes differently on the topic, sharing on the same aspect with different information (:

Many of us try to integrate a mindset into a lifestyle that allowing us to harness and manifest our beliefs to heal our bodies.
Why is this so? it is the intention we have that helps to direct, the mindset that executes it.
We hold demonizing thoughts, that are unhealthy to us; such that we do not believe what is innate to be instinctively better than what we are told to do.

For example: Most of us will think this way:
I have to take care of my health or else ________
I will gain weight
I will lost my confidence
I cannot fit into my clothes
I don't look good
I don't feel good.

It is good to be responsible, and thank god, you are doing something about it.
However, we are adapting a lot of scare tactics, such that the integrating of healthier lifestyle becomes crucial or only beneficial for a temporary time, such that you feel better, only after you workout, so on …

Body image help, healing body issue with Intuition and the mind part 2; The New Afterthought Episode 3

Welcome friends,
Last episode, We touched on the ideas we feed towards one another and the inclination and adaption of ideas and habits.

We touched on three points, Mind Over Body, Goal Oriented Pursuit and Lifestyle Habits and realised the way we approach the same things could mean different things with a different mindset and attitude, such that an injured man can heal with exercise and an injured man can hurt himself further from exercising by how he views he have to exercise, despite both of the individuals keeping fit.
What can body image do to us?

Some of our eating habits and lifestyle habits became pervasive towards us, allowing no mistakes, and making us hate ourselves, from all the images of "perfect" human beings, and "perfect" lifestyles, that some of us once believed to be able to motivate us, we also realised that in an act to improve our BODIES, we begun being more confused, believing that losing a few pounds would better our lives and that the cur…

Growing up and dating mindsets.

The growth of an individual and the relationships that follows after it.

The relationships we seek growing up differ through age, mentality and exposure and even interaction styles.

With the blurred lines and liberated mindsets as well as the obscurity of life itself can place us in-between with nowhere to fit, from the way we expect to be treated and treat others, identify our own sexuality, and even in our own friend groups.

As someone who have some experiences, average in the long-relationship-serious-factor, above average in the hanging out-dating experiences, who had friends of different hobbies, partners, and lifestyles.

I would be honest, I want a committed relationship but am not that interested nor keen, hence, if I meet the one, I would place in the efforts, if not, I would not. I had changed my mindsets several time and am now a responsible young adult.

Do we gradually take our relationships more seriously from friendships?
From friends to partners?
Or do we see our potential…
