Counter Procrastination and Bad Behaviours

Writing your learning script: Ingraining good and bad behaviours

How to gain more positive skills and unfuck negative mentality (How to level up and train your character part 4)

As a former ABA therapist who is trained and graduated in human behaviour and ABA therapy, psychology.
Rewarding and conditioning good behaviours with desirable rewards can become stale and ineffective.

I.e. Calling our children to table for dinner to be rewarded with foods they like or scolding them if they fail to come when called, does not seem to be winning strategy for obedience nor family time.

As an adult or teenager, we are aware of what makes us unhappy , using pavlov conditioning as an example, we come to realise that we are often stimulated and offered unconscious priming to be accustomed to society, advertising and seek immediate rewards when offered. I.e seeing the sign of MacDonald can make your kid excited, or another example being able to get what you desire when being exposed to an opportunity,…

Healing Body Image: Binge eating, Going all In and Natural Set point: The New Afterthought PLUS

Good day Folks, I did not want to make my podcast about eating, being lean, I am big on the MIND, The MIND had healed me of everything possible, not yet everything, but you get the GIST.

As well so, I did not want to disappoint those of you who approached a NEW MENTALITY OF eating and being intuitive, re-aproaching your beliefs and how you THINK, set your INCLINATION and ACT and Feedback, The feedback Loop and integrating the new afterthought, ahaha.

The fact that you are here, shows a desire. Be it by the algorithm or that you were motivated by me.

When I go in as a lifestyle Coach, I realized quickly.
Half of us want to be fit by the presumption of losing weight, low body fat, etc.
Half of us do not want to be fit, DUE TO FEAR and other inhabitant beliefs. (Contrary, a love of food, is by no means limited to individuals who do not stay fit, go beyond limited thinking and challenge yourself)

I am really HAPPY and grateful for the new trend to take place: Going all in and finding your natural set point as a form of recovery/finding a satiety point.
I was "diagnosed" with BED, binge eating disorder at 2017 or earlier. I had a few relapses, and recovered the unconventional way with little to no hindrance to my normal life. How did I do it?

I did not give a shit, as much as I was feeling like shit. The contradictions.

I had been underweight since young and had been BODY SHAMED. My airline cabin crew instructor would waved my hand around me and call me out for being too skinny.
At the same time, I was used to this mindset of gaining weight due to the others' point of view and also my own beliefs.
I feared and felt that they thought I was too thin, (not entirely due to bad thinking) but that I too believed I could gain some weight.

AT THE SAME TIME, I was massively uncomfortable with gaining weight.
I felt as if, I had just gained a lot of weight for no reason.
I start doubting if this was my choice, and if this was good for me, and I wanted to lose it back.

Unlike you guys, I did not have future me who knew all the answers to my CONTRADICTING beliefs.

Everyone called me skinny, till the point that I would binge a family size bar of chocolates in front of my friends just so that they would think I am "HEALTHY". I realized there was a disorder called binge purge disorder later on in life. So MIND YOU, I might not appear "healthy" to my friends at all, even more so, I might appear "unhealthy".

This unaccepting Mindset of mind, fucked with me.
I would be too full for lunch, and "avoid" lunch, I mean it was totally understandable, but in a statement to be "Hey I eat a lot" " I am healthy"
it became something like "I just eat weird"
I also tried to make it my thing.
Hell I was a chocolate, chips, bread addict with MUSCLES and underweight.

However, this mindset screwed me over.
I gradually, needed to curb my appetite, in fear of gaining weight and then losing interest in my favorite food.

I sought the doctor so I could do it the legit weight of getting appetite suppressing supplements, so that I could stop buying weight loss or body building supplements to fight this crazy roller coaster appetite, and stop screwing with my mind if I was trying to gain weight, lose weight or be fitter altogether.

I also opened my mind to supplements for they had helped me lose weight without trying and helped me feel better. Give and take they also made me feel worse. Till this date, the only supplements I believe in is: CAFFEINE, CURCUMIN/TUMERIC, SPIRULINA and possible Garcinia Cambognia which I no longer take.

I realised it helped but MENTALLY.
Till this date, even without caffeine, my weight is almost the SAME.
I had also find new scientific information and THEANINE, and have purchased it to test it before I reccomennd. It is not a weight loss supplement, but a BRAIN BOOSTER.
It is obvious. Depression, stress, anxiety had curbed and destroyed several opportunity for you to explore and expand your stamina and control of your body wellbeing.
Handle your mental life well, handle your physical wellness well.

I believed in those products and fueled my affirmations in it, and now that I trust and am intuitively redirected, I no longer need anything to assist my body image or weight.

Over here, you can see this model recover from anorexia and have not fulfilled the cliche of being "plumber" "thicker". I too have a set point that is lower than my previous years.

It is a mindset and lifestyle recovery,  a LIBERATION.

To all those people telling you JUNK FOOD SUCK.
There are several articles which you can do your research on and realized it is boiled down to nutrition in the end, such that cooking SALMON at home, can be a miraculous 300kilocalories, and a whopping 1000kcal outside.

It is the ability to listen to your body, and to do so, your body have to be aligned to what is right for you.

As mentioned in the podcast, it is not MIND PROGRAMMING, it is readjusting your beliefs.
Such that you can even eat fastfood and lose weight.

I have gained weight eating vegetarian EVERYDAY and LOST WEIGHT eating FASTFOOD EVERYDAY with a sedentary lifestyle. (not promoting little to no movement, but to prove that, any lifestyle is not magically evil to you.)

The mentality, the practice, the satiety, the liberation, the approach.

I let myself eat without "realising" I was losing control, in fact I willed it, I allowed myself to eat, and increase my output without thinking that I was compensating.
I ate up to 4000-5000, averaging of 3000kcal per day for months, and I exercised 1-2hours per day, 4-5 times a week and sometimes without. I stopped counting specifically and GAUGE it.
Have you seen some one go to a restaurant and count a thousand calories and more from one meal and saw another count 50percent or less of it? Do you realise how much it can mess your mentality and that calories are allowed to be printed with up to 40-60percent difference to the TRUTH.

The person who counted less will be more liberated and stop thinking about food, of course some of us will be delusional, but as mentioned in EPISODE 3 of the new afterthought, it affects your mindset for the entire day. So don't let the calories mess with you. Create a passion for BODY wellness, even without a weight change, some toning, some change of wardrobe, learning makeup, learning how to walk, learning how to public speak.

ALL OF THESE CAN BRING YOU OFF THE CHART confidence compared to a few kilograms of weight loss.
THE RESULT? A healthier mind that leads you to a healthier lifestyle.
As mentioned in Episode 4, a person with a passion in nurtition would think of the long run, include it as if a good thing compared to something LIMITING and compulsory.
Well, a person with a passion for LIFE?
Would take care of his/her body and lifestyle as if it was only a side-effect, feeling effortless, being open to new changes, and being able to care for his/her body intuitively.

So what advise can you take away before realising it boils down to the inhabiting and negative thinking that makes you fear food, people, or a healthy lifestyle altogether.

It is the realization that not anything is evil except in how it is used, you don't eat a kg of lard fat, you perhaps can use a few gram to season it, you do not, forego all your previous friends who ate unhealthily, you realized their point of view and use it to motivate you such as finding more creative recipes and finding activities to bond, you don't avoid food, you start loving some food more because you feel good with it and am no longer encouraged by hear-say, peer pressure, misguided promotion?

have a passion to learn, and not to force yourself in a self-hate regime.

  1. Having concentration and attention problems is not just a children's issue; It affects millions of adults worldwide. A recent study conducted in Canada showed an interesting, but not surprising, effect of meditation: It increases considerably (over 16%) the abilities of concentration in daily life, which generates improvements in the quality of life and an increase in happiness.

    1. thank you for sharing! indeed, a new practice can realign an individual drastically not just in its doing but in approaching.
