As a former ABA therapist who is trained and graduated in human behaviour and ABA therapy, psychology.
Rewarding and conditioning good behaviours with desirable rewards can become stale and ineffective.

I.e. Calling our children to table for dinner to be rewarded with foods they like or scolding them if they fail to come when called, does not seem to be winning strategy for obedience nor family time.

As an adult or teenager, we are aware of what makes us unhappy , using pavlov conditioning as an example, we come to realise that we are often stimulated and offered unconscious priming to be accustomed to society, advertising and seek immediate rewards when offered. I.e seeing the sign of MacDonald can make your kid excited, or another example being able to get what you desire when being exposed to an opportunity,…

Karma and healthy thinking

Malignant thoughts revolve around the regurgitation of a single takeaway;
I.e. let regurgitation be, creating cyclical thoughts revolving around the same idea with the same desired consequences of evil.

Karma came around as a consequence of suffering, pain and agony.
Man-made logic and beliefs that stem from a self-need for reasoning and self relief; i.e. nirvana.

Pulling snippets out of context is the most common form of propoganda and self misery, when a journalist abandons all faith to make it sensational for the masses, the outrage and outcry of misery makes it musical to the masses, when their pain are heard, and their inner desire are appeased with the inner crippling sensation of self forsaking.

Things to explore on breaking inherited limiting beliefs:
Limiting beliefs act as "truth systems" that seem to limit yourself from executing things that can be achieved without.

Theses system of thinking are often developed during childhood and adolescent;
Such as picking up habitual attitudes and mindsets about his or her own adaptations throughout out his development, this is seen through his cyclical waking period and schedule that are often mistaken as "natural habits" that are beyond one's control.



Symptoms and attitudes:

On the last episode on How to level up and train your character in real life, we uncover developing character traits through your idols, mentors and fictional character.

We can review on the following methods through the following methods:

 1) Envision who you are as a person vs, who you want to be.
2)List the difference
3)Cover the difference mentally.
4)Calculate the cost, i.e. how much you would have to sacrifice, and what will it take away from you.

To explain further, we are developing a series of character analysis, finding the pros and cons of your ideal self through several personas to identify who you want to be and learn how to become your own superhero.

The conscious mind is a self narrative stream of thoughts, awareness, feelings and observations that includes the image of self as if the mind perceive itself first before perceiving all others.
I.e. walking through my mind would be different compared to taking a walk in your mind,
despite being a thought conception that can be self taught or actualise, these models of self are too a narrative that then narrates your experiences and waking life, creating an irony and an illusion of the self possessing self thoughts.

Your thinking enables a narration to make approximations of your feelings, and observe what is happening onto and inside of you, creating awareness from the illusion of being able to think or to observe.
