Tired at meaningless media and having no clue to redirect your life?
Having little to no interest in your education or work and am trying to find a way out of it?
Finding it hard to connect and muster the courage to seek and build what you truly desire?

Now, think about this.
Let's compare you at 16 years old compared to who you are now.
You were more naïve, you sought out more company, friendships over your education, your priced your friends' opinions over your parent's and you justify your actions based on what others do.
Compared to you as an adult or other adults at the age of late twenties to thirties, you have realised your misdirection and realised the importance of your responsibilities over temporary friendship and the opinions of others.

You begin to gain autonomy and independence and you have finally gained some power to decide what you can or cannot do, hence, with money and approval out of your mind or having less control over your life, you can start to begin to wonder about the true meaning of life, and you doubt the dreams and desires when you were a kid. You hold different philosophies and priorities and you would rather miss a few parties to get your head straight, you would rather cry yourself to bed than to seek the wrong company due to your bad experiences and growing up.

You lost some big dreams and gained some others, you might not have the career of your dreams but you might have a job, you might not had kept your best friends but you still got a couple buddies around.

So does it mean that the dreams you had as a child was butchered? Also, does it mean that you can no longer dream?

The answer is no. As a child, we were only enabled to see the world with as much experience as we hold and as much information as we are able to compute.  Now that you are able to redirect yourself and take care of yourself, comparing to being taken care of, you are given more choices and have more influence over yourself to rediscover yourself.

Hence, will your dreams change after the countless different exposure and experiences you had?
The answer is yes.
Even the grandmaster at piano have time to learn to sing, have the curiosity to travel, have the courage to make new friends and can even change his preferred musical instruments. He is no longer a kid learning his ABC's, he is no longer forced to hold mastery to teach to earn a living, he now have enough money to spend the time teaching himself and rediscovering the world.

He is also more mature and responsible to handle greater and bigger task as an adult.

Therefore, is being lost normal when you haves to compute and make sense of more choices, likes and dislikes and have the increased responsibility and power to nurture your own personality type, crate your own lifestyle and decide your own behavioural patterns?

You are no longer a character from random spawn, you are the creator of your own destiny, and you are the one who can choose your path from changing your habits to your dreams, relationships and personality type, your communication preference and even down to your likes and dislikes.

So, let us first get your fear and worries out of the picture.
What are you afraid of?
Are you afraid of the time wasted spent on endless gaming, shopping, eating and TV?
Are you afraid that you are running out of time to pursue your potential and your renewed hops and dreams?
Are you afraid of peer pressure and what other people would think when you have changed and might not be able to meet the same old expectation of others. Are you afraid of rejection?

What if I tell you that there are several skills and mindset that can help you muster the courage and build the resilience and adapt to all obstacle?
What if I tell you that this obstacle in life can be in itself be empowering and prepare you to face other challenges in life that you have failed previously?
What if it can give you true confidence and self love to reach for other areas you had not before and meet different people that you never had the courage to do so before? What if it can unleash the limitations in your life and help you reach your true capacity?
